Nanyang Institute of Social Sciences (NISS) is an institute of higher education registered with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) under the Ministry of Education of Singapore, aiming to create a lifelong learning platform that incorporates quality higher education resources from the East and the West.

We are now inviting applications for the position Marketing Manager/市场经理, responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution of the NISS’s academic programmes, leading the marketing team to build and scale the function, and overseeing overall marketing performance.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across all social media and online channels.
  • Manage social media and online platforms, optimize advertising campaigns, and improve ROI.
  • Oversee content direction and design style, driving continuous updates and iterations.
  • Explore offline channels to achieve omnichannel coverage.
工作职责:
  • 制定并执行全社交媒体及线上渠道的营销策略;
  • 负责社交媒体与线上渠道的日常运营,优化广告投放,提升ROI;
  • 把控营销内容方向与设计风格,推动内容的更新迭代;
  • 拓展线下渠道,实现全域覆盖。
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related fields preferred.
  • Experience in marketing team management, project management, or the higher education sector is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital channels, including advertising operations.
  • Skilled in a variety of marketing tools and techniques, including graphic design and video editing.
  • Excellent writing and content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
