A global media and entertainment company based in Singapore is seeking a Manager for Franchise Strategy and Brand Theatrical Marketing. The successful candidate will drive the growth of franchises by creating innovative marketing plans and coordinating regional activities. Responsibilities include managing budgets and ensuring brand integrity across markets. Ideal candidates have a background in marketing with strong digital skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across various teams. The Manager, Franchise Strategy and Brand Theatrical Marketing, APAC will be responsible for assisting in driving the growth and development of NBCUniversal franchises by creating and managing innovative plans that maximize NBCU IP, particularly existing or future franchises, across the company and help ensure long-term success of the brands, and ultimately drive revenue and long-term value for NBCUniversal. In addition, the role will support the broader APAC Regional team in managing, maximizing and coordinating the activities of all business units on Universal Pictures properties during the Symphony film window as well as helping maintain the brand value and needs on an on-going basis. The role will also support the Third Party movie promotions business in Japan market, working closely with the local Theatrical team and APAC Franchise lead.
You will be reporting into the Vice President, Franchise APAC, working in tandem on key strategic projects across all franchises i.e. Universal, Illumination, and DreamWorks Animation.
You will also be an important regional brand lead working with the Global Franchise and Brand Theatrical teams located in US and local Marketing teams (Theatrical and Consumer Products /Franchise) across APAC (Japan, Korea, Australia, SEA and India), advocating for regional needs, and adapting global franchise marketing strategies for APAC activation.
