A leading hospitality group in Singapore seeks a strategic Human Resources leader to drive HR strategies supporting business objectives. The role involves partnering with management teams for business priorities, leading recruitment for senior roles, and enhancing employee engagement. Qualifications
- Proven track record in HR generalist roles with strong exposure to business partnering.
- Comfortable with numbers and budget processes, able to interpret HR metrics into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills across cultures and organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in union negotiations, grievance handling, and collective bargaining.
Responsibilities
- Partner with senior management to understand business priorities and provide HR solutions.
- Lead recruitment efforts for mid to senior management positions.
- Analyze workforce data to provide insights on headcount and productivity.
- Build strong employee connections through engagement strategies.
- Review, update, and implement HR policies in line with business and regulatory needs.
