Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Global HR Operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Design and deliver a global HR Operations strategy to ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of core HR processes, including payroll, HR administration, and operational governance.
  • Partner closely with HRIS and payroll teams to drive Workday system enhancements, payroll standardisation, and end‑to‑end process harmonisation across regions.
  • Establish and maintain robust internal controls and governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, statutory requirements, and global policies.
  • Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to align HR operational practices with business objectives, balancing scalability with local regulatory and cultural requirements.
  • Champion and lead HR transformation and optimisation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve employee experience, and strengthen organisational resilience.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR operations, risk management, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; Master's degree or professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure to global payroll operations and HRIS platforms; Workday experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in leading and scaling HR Operations teams within complex, multi‑country environments
  • well verse in global labour laws, compliance requirements, and HR governance frameworks.
