Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Administration and HR Manager to oversee office operations, optimize HR systems, and manage budgets. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. This role involves coordinating between local and regional offices to ensure alignment with global policies.

Job description
Reports to: [President/General Manager]
Key Responsibilities
  • Administration Management
    • Oversee all administrative functions, including the management and coordination of newoffice renovation/fit-out, liaison with property management, and officemaintenance.
    • Handle government-related surveys, registrations, and compliance matters.
    • Ensure smooth daily office operations and a productive work environment.
  • HR Process & System Development
    • Optimize and streamline the recruitment process, and lead the implementation/improvementof the HR system.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for key positions: resume screening, interviewcoordination, and offer management.
    • Oversee Employment Pass (EP) applications and renewals, and serve as the main point ofcontact with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and other labor authorities.
  • Budget & Cost Control
    • Prepare and manage the annual Administration & HR budget.
    • Monitor expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financialefficiency across both functions.
  • Global & Regional Coordination
    • Act as the key liaison between the local office and Group HQ / overseas regional offices.
    • Ensure alignment with global policies and procedures while adapting to localrequirements.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Administration and HR, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing environment.
  • Proven experience in office setup/relocation, recruitment, and HR systemimplementation.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws, EP processes, and MOM regulations.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled in budgeting and vendor management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting.
