The Role

This role will require deep expertise in compensation design, HR technology, and governance, coupled with the ability to harmonize frameworks across a multi-entity group. This role demands a forward-thinking professional who can leverage technology and data analytics to transform HR planning and performance monitoring.

Key responsibilities include designing competitive compensation frameworks that motivate performance which align with business goals, talent & organization planning, designing HR systems and analytics to deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.

Your Profile

You should have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline, proven record in senior HR leadership roles across multiple geographies and complex organizational structures, with expertise in compensation design, HR analytics, technology adoption and strong financial literacy. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with the resilience and adaptability to thrive in dynamic environments. They will demonstrate strong relationship-building skills, fostering authentic and trust-based connections across diverse stakeholders. Highly motivated and able to work independently, this individual will be committed to driving organizational growth and sustainability while maintaining a collaborative and forward-looking approach.
