Job description
Responsibilities
  • To Monitor and analyze regional market trends and practices, assessing program competitiveness and developing solutions aligned with total rewards strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Able to lead program design discussions, annual deployment, post-implementation reviews, and continuous enhancements.
  • Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and cost modeling to evaluate reward program trends and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Design and implement rewards programs, policies, and guidelines while providing strategic consultation to business and country HR leaders.
  • Partner with country HR teams to deliver tailored rewards solutions, gather feedback, and ensure governance, effectiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage position evaluations, develop salary structures, and conduct compensation competitiveness analyses to guide salary budgeting and talent strategies.
  • Collaborate with HRIS on digitalization initiatives and with Finance on program budgeting across the region.
  • Drive compensation and benefits projects, initiatives, and other related responsibilities as required.
Requirements
  • 9 years of relevant experience, preferably in regional roles spanning Consulting, Regional Operations, and Project Management within the Compensation & Benefits domain.
  • Solid foundation in Compensation & Benefits systems and programs, with good analytical and qualitative problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels, with excellent interpersonal and consultative skills across diverse cultural contexts and environments.
