Job summary

A multinational company in Singapore seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR support for its operations in Singapore and Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and professional certification. Responsibilities include developing HR plans, advising managers, and ensuring compliance with local laws. The role also requires strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years HRBP experience with professional certification from CIPD/SHRM/IHRP.
  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines including compensation and performance management.
  • Experience with varied HR information systems and office software.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full spectrum HR support to Haier businesses in Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Work with leaders to set up HR management and development plans.
  • Serve as the primary contact on HR matters with the government.
