You will be the first point of contact for clients, requiring fluency in English and Hindi (Gujarati or Punjabi preferred). You must be highly organized and self-sufficient.
- Answer and manage incoming client calls, ensuring smooth intake

- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office, CRMs (Lawmatics, Breezy, Rippling), and legal software
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High School diploma
- 3-5 years relevant legal experience as an intake handler
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Gujarati or Punjabi preferred
- India-based candidates preferred due to language and time zone considerations
- Own work equipment (desktop/laptop)
- Noise-canceling headset
- System requirements: Reliable internet (≥25 Mbps), Windows 11, Intel Core i5 (12th Gen) or AMD Ryzen 5 5600, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB storage
