The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Core Java, troubleshooting complex production issues, and implementing DevOps practices for stability and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead L3 production support for critical applications, ensuring high availability and quick resolution of incidents.
Analyze and resolve complex issues in Java‑based applications.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to optimize performance and reliability.
Implement best practices for incident management and root cause analysis.
Automate recurring tasks and improve system efficiency through scripting and tools.
Optimize SQL queries and database performance.
Monitor and analyze application logs, system health, and job executions.
