• Support the sales team in preparing and sending quotations to clients.
• Follow up on pending quotations to ensure timely responses.
• Handle initial customer inquiries regarding quotations and elevate complex or technical questions to the appropriate sales or technical team members.
• Assist the sales team in tracking their sales pipeline and monitoring individual performance targets.
• Coordinate urgent orders by liaising with the warehouse and service teams to ensure prompt delivery.
• Collaborate with the warehouse and service teams on high‑value or complex orders to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to sales representatives while they are in the field.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
• Minimum 2 years in administration and sales coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
