Job summary
A leading IT Search Firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced IT Change & Transformation Lead to manage critical technology initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading IT change programs, engaging stakeholders, and mitigating risks associated with IT transformations. The ideal candidate should have over 8 years of experience in IT change management, strong knowledge of IT operations, and relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP. This role offers a chance to drive impactful technology projects across the organization.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in IT change management or technology transformation.
- Experience with complex IT initiatives including networking and cloud.
- Strong understanding of IT operations and ITIL frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT change programs aligning with business objectives.
- Engage stakeholders across IT and business to communicate changes.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies during transformations.
