Job summary

A local consultancy firm in Singapore is looking for an IS Helpdesk Support to assist in IT services and manage helpdesk operations. Responsibilities

  • Support IS Officer in delivering IT services and maintaining IS/QEMS documentation.
  • Lead helpdesk operations, including desktop implementation, user support and timely ticket resolution.
  • Manage and maintain IT assets, software installations and IS inventory systems.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement IT improvements as part of continual improvement initiatives.
