Job Summary
Lead and support project management and operations for AV production, driving successful event execution and client satisfaction. Manage transportation, logistics, sales, and team leadership to deliver innovative AV solutions aligned with business growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities by planning, coordinating manpower, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion to ensure timely delivery
- Operate and adjust electronic AV equipment to support live broadcasts, multimedia presentations, and video conferencing with technical precision
- Monitor and manage the company’s transportation fleet by scheduling regular servicing, identifying faults, and coordinating repairs to maintain operational readiness
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Operations Manager to maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock movements, and resolve kit shortfalls to support project needs
- Identify and engage new target accounts by developing acquisition strategies and communicating the company’s value proposition effectively
- Prepare and submit customised proposals and quotations based on detailed client requirements and needs analysis to secure new business
- Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, managing pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Convert qualified leads into new accounts, consistently exceeding individual sales KPIs and maintaining post-sale client relationships to foster loyalty
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients to identify and develop additional business opportunities
- Create and maintain a comprehensive customer database to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration and enhance client servicing
- Set clear and achievable sales quotas and KPIs aligned with company goals to drive team performance and revenue growth
- Track and report on project and sales costings, including manpower, equipment rental, transport, and claims, maintaining accurate P&L documentation
- Provide quarterly sales forecasts based on pipeline analysis and market conditions to inform strategic planning
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks such as crew setup challenges and equipment shortages to ensure smooth project execution
- Analyze competitive landscape and customer objections to develop actionable sales strategies and process improvements
- Plan and coordinate manpower deployment for events, scheduling AV services in collaboration with technical staff and event planners to ensure seamless event delivery
- Manage project budgets by preparing equipment cost estimates and controlling expenses within allocated limits
- Build and nurture industry relationships with clients, partners, and professionals to generate new business leads and referrals
- Guide and mentor team members in sales and operational processes through one-on-one coaching and performance management reviews
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing grievances within the operations department, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives and operational needs
