Job Requirements

• Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the CW Sales module, supporting Sales teams with correct data setup, usage, and best practices

• Provide dedicated support for CW-related sales issues, ensuring compliance with company processes and data governance standards

• Perform sales data validation, analysis, and reconciliation to identify discrepancies, trends, and risks before billing

• Organize, interpret, and summarize sales and shipment data into clear, actionable reports for management and operations

• Support Operations in troubleshooting sell rating and auto-rating errors to ensure accurate customer billing

• Ensure smooth implementation of Client Rates, Customer Quotations, and One-Off Quotes, working closely with CS, Ops, and Billing teams

• Participate in CW implementation and post-implementation phases, including UAT testing, workflow alignment, and data quality reviews

• Prepare sales and shipment reports by extracting, validating, and consolidating data from CargoWise (CW) and AS400 systems

• Develop, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Accounts processes across Ocean, Air, and Logistics operations

• Work cross-functionally with Accounts, Sales, and Operations to ensure sales entries are correctly structured for downstream billing and financial reporting

• Provide user guidance and training on CW sales entry, data accuracy, and reporting practices

• Perform other related duties as required

Requirements

• Possess diploma in Logistics or any equivalent disciplines with at least 3 years of related working experience in Airfreight

• Strong hands-on experience with the CargoWise system, preferably having been involved in a system implementation phase
