Job summary
A logistics management firm in Singapore is hiring for a role focused on generating shipping documents and coordinating deliveries. The ideal candidate possesses a Diploma in Logistics Management and at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong administrative skills, and effective communication are essential. Immediate availability is preferred.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in logistics.
- Familiarity with MS Applications, especially MS Excel.
- Effective time management and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Generate shipping documents such as Delivery Orders and Commercial Invoices.
- Coordinate with customers on deliveries and shipments.
- Update data into ERP systems timely.

- Generate shipping documents such as Delivery Orders, Packing List, Commercial Invoice
- Close co-ordination/follow up with internal/external customers on deliveries/shipments
- Liaising with declarant/trade compliance/customs on export applications
- Update data into ERP systems timely
- Ensure record keeping system is well maintained
- Ensure all reports are reviewed and submitted on time
- Assist in monthly stock taking and other aspects of logistics operations as assigned
- Possess at least a Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent. Applicants without this educational qualification may still apply but they must have at least 2 years’ of relevant experience.
- Familiar with MS Applications, particularly Microsoft Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP)
- Strong administrative skills with attention to details, proactive follow-up and efficient time management
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Team player and committed to work
- Effective communication and co-ordination skill
- Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate
- Ability to communicate in English & Chinese to liaise with English & Chinese speaking stakeholders
