Job Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leadership in strategy formulation and initiative implementation
  • Plan and facilitate strategic retreats, Town Halls, and Dialogue Sessions, ensuring follow-through on key outcomes
  • Conceptualise and link ideas, people, and resources to help departments realise their vision
  • Provide secretariat support for management and committee meetings
  • Coordinate hospital-level events
  • Plan and manage departmental budgets, and logistics

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Policy, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • At least 6 years’ experience in strategy, planning, or corporate administration (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills
  • Collaborative, proactive, meticulous and organised, with the ability to work alongside senior leadership and with colleagues from different departments
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and video conferencing and webinar software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
