Logistics Officer

🚗 Industry: Aviation, Logistics

📍 Location: Loyang / Paya Lebar Airbase / Tengah Airbase

💰 Salary: S$2200 - S$2500 (+ Allowances + Incentives) + PB (Up to 2mths) + OT + Comprehensive Benefits Package

⏰ Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 8am – 5.30pm

Job Scope:

• Assist in Warehouse operations and activities.
• Perform loading, unloading and arranging of warehouse cargo and items
• Perform warehouse security operations in adherence to plans
• Perform cargo or material-handling security procedures
• Perform moving of warehouse cargo and items
• Perform cross docking operations and shipment consolidation
• Identify operational shortfall, maintenance or repair needs
• Application of methods and techniques to handle dangerous goods
• Application of methods and techniques to handle time and temperature-sensitive cargo
• Perform cargo consolidation activities
• Perform transhipment and transloading operations
• Comply with height, weight and special handling requirements in stacking, moving, and arranging items on pallets according to storage plans
• Perform container stuffing and unstuffing operations
• Perform WSH activities to ensure personal compliance to requirements
• Any other additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Min GCE N Levels
• Min 1 year experience in a Warehouse / Logistics operational role.
• Class 4 is required.
• Class 5 / Forklift will be an advantage
• Basic knowledge of warehouse systems like SAP / WMS
• Prior experience in WSH (workplace safety and health) will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications
• Detailed, Proactive, and result-driven.
