Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage daily freight operations. Responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end shipment activities, acting as the main point of contact for customers, and ensuring profitability through cost monitoring. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain and at least 1 year of relevant experience. This position offers a competitive salary of $2,500 - $3,700 with additional benefits.

Job description

• Basic $2,500 - $3,700 + AWS + VB

• Working Location: Tampines

• Working Days: 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)

• Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm,

  • Alternate Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily freight operations

• Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities, including haulage, customs clearance, and documentation

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Liaise with government authorities and external stakeholders when required

• Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer needs and market conditions

• Support Sales and Commercial teams in negotiations and key account management

• Ensure accurate billing and timely invoicing

• Monitor costs and support profitability improvement

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor in Logistic, Supply Chain or a related field.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
