Job summary
A leading HR service provider in Singapore is seeking a proactive HR practitioner to support people initiatives across the Asia region. The role includes managing core HR operations like recruitment, onboarding, and payroll, while driving talent processes and ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates will have 4-5 years of HR experience in logistics or complex operational environments. This is a full-time, fully onsite permanent role offering competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- At least 4-5 years of regional HR experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Strong professional maturity and independent judgment.
- Ability to manage priorities across multiple markets.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR initiatives across multiple Asia markets.
- Manage HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
- Drive regional talent processes and maintain HR data.

You’ll be part of a forward-looking HR function with an international logistics group to support people initiatives across the Asia region. This role sits at the heart of a modern, evolving HR function that values agility, integrity and strong partnership with business leaders. This is an opportunity for a proactive HR practitioner who enjoys balancing operational excellence with regional project deployment.

- Working hours: Monday - Friday
- Fully onsite
- Coordinate and deploy global and regional HR initiatives across multiple Asia markets.
- Manage core HR operations including recruitment support, onboarding, offboarding, payroll validation and benefits.
- Drive regional talent processes, including engagement, development, performance cycles, and compensation activities.
- Maintain accurate HR data, reports and metrics to support decision‑making and compliance.
- Strengthen culture, values and stakeholder relationships across the region.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and country‑specific employment regulations while seeking continuous improvement.
- At least 4‑5 years of regional HR experience, ideally within logistics, supply chain or other complex operational environments.
- Demonstrates strong professional maturity, operating independently with sound judgment and the ability to manage priorities across multiple markets.
- Capable of partnering effectively with managers, anticipating business needs and translating them into strategic, solutions‑focused HR interventions.
- Highly structured and meticulous, upholding the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality and operational discipline.
