Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with internal departments, freight forwarders, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, and compliant delivery of goods.
Communicate daily with Chinese speaking sender/consignee, freight forwarders, and agents to arrange and confirm shipping schedules, documentation, and delivery timelines.
Work with agent to obtain the necessary import permits and ensure all required documents are in place.
Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, commercial invoices, and bills of lading.
Track and follow up on shipments to ensure timely delivery and manage any issues or delays proactively.
Liaise with internal teams such as fleet team, and warehouse to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
Performing duties such as collecting payment, monthly billing, and paymentfollow-up.
Manage daily tasks and any ad-hoc matters assigned by superior.
Job Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Supply Chain Management or relevant fields;
1–2 years of experience in logistics or administrative roles;
Able to work 5.5days. Will be flexible arrangement after probation;
Have a good sense of service and teamwork, strong ability to withstand pressure;
Able to speak, read and write in Chinese is a MUST to liaise with Chinese stakeholders;
Proficient in MS office application is also a MUST;
Able to start work on short notice will be an advantage.
