Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the Facilities team to deliver high standards in maintenance, repair, and facility services.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Manage and liaise with external service providers and suppliers to secure quality and cost-effective contracts.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and environmental responsibility.
  • Monitor and control facility budgets, optimize resource deployment, and contribute to financial planning and reporting.
  • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to support operational needs and implement facility-related projects and upgrades.
  • Develop and conduct training and development programs for team members to enhance skills and competencies.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in facilities supervision or servicing and repair, preferably within the marine or heavy industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, health and safety standards.
  • Capability in managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and leadership.

  • Location: Gul (Island-wide transport provided)
  • 5 days work week
  • Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
