Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets for marine engine products and services within Singapore.
  • Manage and grow key accounts including shipowners, shipyards, and marine engineering firms.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in the Singapore marine sector.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal technical, service, and product teams to provide customized solutions.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals in line with company policies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events in Singapore.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marine engine sales or marine equipment sales in Singapore.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed.
  • Strong network and understanding of the Singapore maritime market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
