This role is part of Binance’s Big Fiat Team, responsible for building fiat payment infrastructure across Asia-Pacific (APAC). You’ll bridge traditional finance with crypto-native experiences, helping to shape the future of fiat-crypto payments and financial accessibility.

• Identify and onboard PSPs (Payment Service Providers), banks, card acquirers, and APMs across APAC
• Lead full partner lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, negotiation, contracts, integration
• Optimize conversion rates, reduce transaction friction, and improve local currency settlement

• Research regional fintech trends and emerging models (e.g., CBDCs, real-time payments)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, tech, and compliance on pilots and new flows
• Launch go-to-market strategies for blended fiat-crypto payment systems
• Analyze how crypto integrates into traditional fiat systems
• Monitor regulation, competitive landscape, and ecosystem developments across APAC
• Inform Binance’s long-term payments roadmap

• Education: Bachelor’s or higher (Finance, Business, or Law preferred)
• Experience: 10+ years total; 3+ in payments, fintech, crypto, or cross-border BD
• Deep understanding of PSPs, card schemes, and payment networks in APAC
• Fluent English required; multilingual skills are a plus
• Proven record in scaling payment partnerships from 0 → operational scale
• Execution-focused, strategic thinker, strong cross-team communicator
