Job summary
A leading tech solutions provider is seeking an M365 Engineer specialized in Exchange, Intune, and Teams. The role involves managing Microsoft 365 services including device enrollments, mailbox security, and user training while ensuring security compliance and a seamless user experience. Candidates should have 3-8+ years of experience in M365 administration, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong understanding of Azure AD and security principles. This position is based in Singapore and supports hybrid work environments.
Qualifications
- 3-8+ years in M365 administration/engineering.
- Experience in banking or large global MNC technical environment.
- Deep knowledge of M365 suite and security principles.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage mailbox flow rules and security settings for Exchange Online.
- Deploy device policies using Intune and manage app security.
- Configure Microsoft Teams governance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage identity security with Azure AD and implement MFA.
- Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Monitor service health and resolve incidents per SLA.
- Integrate cloud and on-premises systems effectively.

- Exchange Online: Mailbox management, mail flow rules, security (DMARC/DKIM/SPF), hybrid integration, and troubleshooting mail issues.
- Intune (Endpoint Manager): Device enrolment (Autopilot), policy deployment (compliance, configuration), app management (MAM/MDM), and security enforcement for Windows, iOS, Android.
- Microsoft Teams: Configuration, governance, meeting policies, troubleshooting collaboration issues, and supporting adoption.
- Identity & Security: Azure AD (Entra ID) management, MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, role management, and security monitoring.
- Automation & Scripting: Using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for routine tasks and custom solutions.
- Support & Monitoring: Daily health checks, incident resolution (SLAs), user training, documentation (SOPs), and service performance monitoring (Azure Monitor).
- Hybrid Environments: Managing integration between cloud (M365) and on-premises systems (ADFS, Exchange Server).
- Experience: 3-8+ years in M365 administration/engineering.
- Experience in banking or large global MNC technical environment.
