Attributes We Value

We hire successful builders with founder‑like energy who want real impact, accelerated learning, and true ownership. You bring strong role‑related expertise and sharp thinking, and you’re motivated by our mission and operating principles. You move fast with good judgment, dig deep with curiosity, and make decisions from first principles, balancing speed and rigor.

You’re humble and collaborative; turn zero‑to‑one ideas into real products, and you “get stuff done” end‑to‑end. You use AI to work smarter and solve problems faster. Here, you’ll tackle complex, high‑visibility problems with exceptional teammates and grow your career as we build the future of global banking. If that sounds like you, let’s build what’s next.

The Strategy & Operations, LRCO sits at the core of the LRC function and will work across a number of functions to help drive compliant growth globally. You will work closely with the Compliance, Legal, Product, and Operations teams to drive cross‑functional high‑impact strategic projects focused on risk mitigation and regulatory excellence.

  • Create and deploy strategic initiatives – identify key regulatory and compliance risk areas globally and devise and execute initiatives that strengthen our Legal, Risk and Compliance frameworks. Your work will have a high impact on the business’s ability to scale securely and compliantly.
  • Influence and collaborate – work effectively with various stakeholders in Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Product to improve LRC processes and systems, including governance procedures, risk data reporting, regulatory change management, and transaction monitoring toolkits. You will lead remediation and control uplift projects with cross‑functional teams.
  • Facilitate LRC decision‑making with regulatory and risk insights to build a deep understanding of evolving regulatory requirements and internal control capabilities (e.g., regulatory gap analysis, sanctions screening framework assessments). You will influence how we grow the business while managing risk across the region.
You are:
  • Highly strategic and a structured thinker: you know how to analyse problems and solve them at their root.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building from 0 to 1: you’re joining at a time of hypergrowth so you’ll need to be excited to build the plane as we fly it.
  • An owner with an entrepreneurial mindset: you own your work, your function, your results and everything in between and you know how to roll your sleeves up and creatively problem solve your way out of issues.
You have:
  • 6+ years of experience, preferably in top‑tier management consulting and/or Legal, Risk and Compliance function.
  • Analytical thinker – You like working with data, and can use it to make actionable recommendations to grow the business.
  • Project management – You can prioritise effectively as well as lead multiple project workstreams concurrently and independently.
  • Strong track record of collaboration – You can effectively partner with sales, operations, marketing, and product.
  • Strong communication skills – you’re able to articulate complex concepts in a simple way.
  • Self‑starter / entrepreneurial – You spot opportunities to make things better and take ownership over them.
  • Startup, tech, financial services and/or experience in a high growth environment is preferred.
  • SQL and experience with BI tool (Tableau, Looker etc) preferred.
