An M365 Engineer for Exchange, Intune, & Teams focuses on deploying, managing, securing, and supporting these core Microsoft 365 services, handling identity (Azure AD/Entra ID), device management (MDM/MAM), mail flow, collaboration tools, and automation (PowerShell), ensuring seamless user experience, security compliance (DLP, MFA, Conditional Access), and driving digital transformation in hybrid environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Exchange Online: Mailbox management, mail flow rules, security (DMARC/DKIM/SPF), hybrid integration, and troubleshooting mail issues.
- Intune (Endpoint Manager): Device enrolment (Autopilot), policy deployment (compliance, configuration), app management (MAM/MDM), and security enforcement for Windows, iOS, Android.
- Microsoft Teams: Configuration, governance, meeting policies, troubleshooting collaboration issues, and supporting adoption.
- Identity & Security: Azure AD (Entra ID) management, MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, role management, and security monitoring.
- Automation & Scripting: Using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API for routine tasks and custom solutions.
- Support & Monitoring: Daily health checks, incident resolution (SLAs), user training, documentation (SOPs), and service performance monitoring (Azure Monitor).
- Hybrid Environments: Managing integration between cloud (M365) and on-premises systems (ADFS, Exchange Server).
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 3-8+ years in M365 administration/engineering.
- Experience in banking or large global MNC technical environment.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of M365 suite, Azure AD, PowerShell, networking basics, security principles.
