Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for New College Graduate and Early Careers roles across multiple business units, locations, and rotation programs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing talent market insights, workforce planning guidance, and recruitment strategy alignment.
  • Design and execute high-impact recruitment campaigns, managing the full candidate lifecycle from screening through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with HR Business Partners, leadership, and cross-functional teams (e.g., onboarding, inclusion, total rewards) to deliver a seamless hiring experience.
  • Drive best-in-class recruitment processes, ensuring strong candidate experience and achievement of key hiring metrics.
  • Manage interview events, campus programs, and hiring initiatives, including after-hours participation as needed.
  • Contribute to regional or global talent acquisition projects, such as employer branding, social media sourcing, analytics, and early careers programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience in early careers recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Strong passion for Early Careers hiring and experience recruiting for graduate or rotational programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement talent acquisition best practices and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using social media and other innovative sourcing channels to attract talent.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions, including virtual teams.
  • Excellent planning, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and standard productivity tools (e.g., email, presentations, spreadsheets).
