We are looking for a Senior Accountant (Contract) to join our company.

Global Business Services provides high quality, scalable andcost-efficient business support services, such as finance, HR and IT, to companies in the Wilhelmsen group.

Who you will report to:

The Senior Accountant will report into the Finance Manager.

What you will be doing:

• Managing and reviewing work done by the finance team

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing and corporate HQ reporting

• Managing finance-related activities such as cash flow management, risk management, and tax matters, and producing statutory accounts/reports

• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and group financial and treasury policies

• Upkeeping of a strong internal control system and corporate governance

• Continuous driving process improvement

• Liaison with auditor, tax agents, and company secretary

• Providing finance advice and proactive support to the management and business operations

• Any other duties or projects assigned by the Financial Manager/Assistant Finance Manager

• Results and process driven, with a high level of responsibility

• Co-operating attitude being a team player that adapts to the team and builds team spirit, listens, consults and communicates proactively and upholds ethics and values

What you will bring:

• Minimum Degree in Accounting/Finance or similar discipline

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position. / More than 5 years’ experience can be considered for Assistant Finance Manager title)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
