A technology solutions provider in Singapore is seeking a Science Laboratory Assistant to support school administration tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with reception duties, handle enquiries, and manage data compiling while engaging with students. Candidates should have relevant experience and possess qualifications such as NITEC or GCE 'O' Level. Strong communication, organizational skills, and teamwork are essential. This role requires a proactive individual ready to engage with young children and users of IT systems.
Formación
Preferably possess NITEC, GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate, or WPLN Level 5 or equivalent.
Have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in school administration.
Able to interact appropriately with and handle young children.
Responsabilidades
Perform reception duties.
Handle telephone calls and walk-in enquiries.
Assist in student-related matters.
Compile data, surveys, and statistics.
Handle incoming and outgoing mails.
Perform filing and typing of documents.
Carry out other ad-hoc administrative duties.
