About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer (Back-End) to support project deployment, system installation, maintenance operations, and technical enabling for ATT Mobility solutions. This role involves leading technical execution on-site, supporting pre‑sales activities, maintaining system performance, and ensuring service quality for clients across various projects.
Key Responsibilities

Project Implementation
- Assist in the deployment, setup, installation, and testing of front-end and back-end systems according to client requirements.
- Lead and supervise technicians during on-site installation and project execution.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare technical documentation, including system design details, ISO‑compliant filings, and architecture diagrams.
- Provide technical support to Sales Teams during proposal development, tenders, quotations, and system design discussions.
- Coordinate project implementation with internal technical teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Maintenance & Technical Support
- Oversee technicians assigned to ongoing maintenance activities for assigned projects.
- Prepare costing sheets and maintenance reports for timely client submission.
- Manage equipment collection, quality checks, and procurement of hardware components.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, support maintenance teams, and ensure efficient closure of incidents and service requests.
- Maintain good client relationships, handle inquiries professionally, and manage service expectations.
- Participate in meetings with clients and internal teams to address maintenance issues and improvement plans.

Training & Development
- Assist in delivering training for new technical staff and support the creation of training materials.
- Keep the team’s technical competencies updated, propose training plans, and ensure alignment between team capabilities and assigned tasks.
- Safety & Information Security
- Adhere to all workplace safety and information security procedures.
- Ensure high safety standards during site work and enforce compliance among project team members.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in system installation, IT engineering, or technical fieldwork.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (to operate company vehicle).
- Able to perform standby duties after office hours and provide on-site support when required.
- Fast learner with strong problem‑solving abilities, able to work under pressure.
- Resourceful, a strong team player, and capable of working independently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
