Job summary
A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking candidates for a role focused on data entry and administrative support. You will perform tasks such as maintaining records, responding to inquiries, and assisting with document processes. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position requires adherence to working hours and occasional Saturday shifts when needed.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to emails and handle phone enquiries professionally.
- Support general administrative tasks and coordination.
- Assist with document preparation and filing.
- Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Rate: $11 / hr
- Location: West
- Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm (able to work on Saturday until 1pm when required)
