Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a contract role for document management. The responsibilities include preparing leasing files for scanning, assisting with document retrieval, and managing daily mail storage checks. The position is suitable for individuals with experience in records handling. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 6pm and Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm. The role offers a salary of $14 per hour.
Qualifications
- Experience with document management and records handling preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare leasing files for scanning.
- Assist in retrieving documents for collection.
- Check daily mail storage boxes.
This position will start off as about 11 months contract.
Singapore Land Authority at Revenue House (Next to Novena MRT)
- Preparation of Leasing files for scanning
- Assist to retrieve documents/files for collection
- Periodic checks of Central Registry's daily mail storage boxes and to remove any BG/DCA/IBG before boxes are sent for Crown Storage
- To verify if the digitised files on Markono CDs have been uploaded into ERMS
- Uploading of digitised files into SLA’s electronic records system
- Appraisal of files/record
Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 6pm, Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
