Responsibilities
- Work with other Business Units (BUs) within the organisation and play an important role to formulate, analyse, and influence policymaking.
 
- Required to monitor the economic outlook and developments in the labour market.
 
- Gather ground feedback from unionised and non-unionised sectors.
 
- Required to prepare reports and analyse 3rd party data to derive meaningful information to inform internal stakeholders.
 
- Work with government agencies to lobby and tailor help schemes.
 
Requirements
- University degree in Political Science, Economics, Law or any other related fields.
 
- A self-starter with keen interest to conduct policy and data analysis.
 
- Experience in economic analysis would be a plus, but not essential.
 
- Good analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
 
- Able to engage multiple stakeholders, with good interpersonal skills.
