Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Executive with experience in audio-visual (AV) or LED display solutions. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth by promoting customized AV solutions to commercial, retail, government, and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in AV/LED display solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
  • Engage with architects, consultants, contractors, and end-users to promote AV systems and services
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored AV solutions to meet technical and budgetary needs
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and commercial proposals
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales with support from the technical team
  • Collaborate with project and engineering teams to ensure successful handover and execution
  • Maintain strong after-sales relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in AV, LED display, or system integration industry
  • Strong network in commercial, retail, government, or construction sectors preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic technical understanding of AV systems
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites
