- Ensure accuracy and timely completeness of tasks.
- Facilitation of project planning, implementation, design and coordination.
- Maintain programme and knowledge management of the Project and support the Hospital Planning Committee and any other committees designated to be under the responsibility of the Department to ensure that the project is completed according to objectives.
- Coordinate F&E, M&E and IT requirements among users, workgroups, MOHH and project team from planning, design, tender, construction stage to handover and operationalisation of building, as well as scheduling, preparing of presentation slides and documenting the various meetings to facilitate discussion and prompt follow-ups from relevant parties.
- Work with MOHH, appointed consultants, contractor and users to accommodate users work processes and flows, and furniture & equipment procurement, spatial and infrastructural requirements.
- Update and track development projects assigned, project schedule and activities for submission to MOHH and internal planning purposes.
- Attend meetings and discussions with users, workgroups, MOHH and project team while being involved in review of all design proposals, hospital planning, with special focus on the users F&E procurement items, M&E and IT intents, functions and operational requirements for integration into the project development.
- Assist users to plan, manage and integrate critical resources to develop the best solutions/practices in line with the business objectives and strategies.
- Prepare/ vet of PowerPoint slides and relevant documents, including minutes taking to facilitate discussion and prompt follow-ups from stakeholders and/or relevant key parties.
- Evaluating and prioritising the different needs and flows of users / patients / communities. Review tender processes, specifications and requirements. Review/control changes, variations, cost and schedule. Overseeing the design development, construction, hand‑over of premises & final accounts and project completion records. Planning and implementation of phase opening processes. Management of defects rectifications.

Requirements:
- Preferably a degree in building M&E discipline, Project Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of Singapore experience in managing M&E (inclusive IT infrastructure) of building development.
- Experienced in managing, coordinating project, communicating effectively with users, contractors and other consultants with a high degree of initiative. Experience in local M&E consultancy with direct participation in project administration and costing will be an advantage.
- Meticulous in tracking project schedule and budget utilisation and well‑versed in MS Office applications.
- Experience in the M&E for healthcare developments will be an advantage.
- A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills who works well under pressure and adheres to deadlines.
