You will support the SGH Dementia Shared Care Team, parked under the Department of Psychiatry, in providing administrative support to engage the community partners in dementia care. Your duties include:

• monitoring of key performance indicators and budget utilisation
• analysis of data to assist in the decision‑making process
• coordinating with various Community Partners in communication and outreach efforts
• providing of secretarial support

• Degree in any discipline with preferably 2 to 3 years of working experience
