A leading retail property management firm in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager for Marketing Communications. This role focuses on driving partnerships and executing marketing strategies to enhance shopper engagement across their shopping malls. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience in business development and strong interpersonal skills. Familiarity with luxury marketing initiatives is a plus.
Straits Retail Property Management Services – Central Singapore
Straits Retail Property Management Services currently manages 4 shopping malls in its portfolio: Paragon, The Clementi Mall, The Woodleigh Mall and The Rail Mall. The Group Marketing Communications comprises mall loyalty programme teams and the Social Media, International Marketing and Partnerships team, which work closely with their individual shopping mall marketing counterparts and other stakeholders, to jointly achieve business and marketing objectives.
This role is specific to the International Marketing and Partnerships portfolio, and will work directly and extensively with both internal and external stakeholders, to drive and execute predefined strategies, think and respond on the fly in accordance with market shifts, and ultimately drive loyalty programme member acquisitions, shopper footfall and spend.
To guide and support all malls’ marketing teams for acquisition campaigns and performance reporting.
To translate annual partner/international marketing strategies and plans into content schemes, themed initiatives and actionable campaigns to encourage footfall and spend.
To develop a pipeline of partnership opportunities and corresponding frameworks and collaboration formats across a variety of prospective industries, including but not limited to banks/financial institutions, hospitality, lifestyle and payment gateways.
To be well‑versed with key target tourist markets and proactively conceptualize corresponding collaborative campaigns to drive the international marketing strategy.
At least 5 years of work experience in business development, partnerships or equivalent, with a degree in Marketing or similar.
A track record of effective identification, securing and management of a network of partners.
Prior relevant experience in the execution of luxury marketing initiatives will be advantageous.
Articulate with strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal/external stakeholders across different levels.
Proactive in follow up. Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
