Job summary

A leading finance consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager/Assistant Tax Manager to support tax compliance and advisory activities with a focus on transfer pricing and BEPS-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting/Finance and 3–5 years of relevant tax experience. Responsibilities include preparing transfer pricing documentation and managing tax queries with authorities. Excellent communication skills are required, along with bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant tax experience, preferably with exposure to transfer pricing and international tax.
• Practical experience in preparing transfer pricing documentation.
• Exposure to BEPS-related compliance and advisory work is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including Master File and Local File.
• Implement and monitor tax and transfer pricing policies for intercompany transactions.
• Support BEPS-related compliance and advisory work, including Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Pillar Two.
