A leading regional accounting firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of accounts, conduct audits, and support tax filings. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accountancy or ACCA and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in ERP systems like Navision or SAP and strong knowledge of accounting standards are essential. Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Perform full set of accounts, including month‑end closing, journal entries, accounts reconciliation and reporting.
2. Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit queries.
3. Conduct detailed monthly variance cost analysis.
4. Maintain fixed asset register and capex tracking.
5. Support tax filings (GST, corporate tax, withholding tax etc).
6. Preparation and submission of yearly survey data to EDB/Dept of Statistic/XBRL filings etc.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
8. Assists Finance Manager in annual budget preparation.
9. Handle FTA (Free Trade Agreement) computation.
10. Any other duties as and when assigned by the Finance Manager.

Minimum Job Requirements

• With Degree in accountancy or ACCA.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience as an accountant.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision, SAP).
• Proficient in Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Detail‑oriented and ability to meet deadlines.
