Job summary

A leading logistics and supply chain management company in Singapore seeks an experienced professional to manage client accounts effectively. The role involves ensuring smooth business integration, driving growth, and overseeing inventory management tasks. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, demonstrate strong client management and communication skills, and have a minimum of three years experience in a similar position. Office location is in Central (Balestier).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrate understanding of clients' industry/business/products.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client accounts for business integration and growth.
  • Coordinate shipment tracking with SCM DC team.
  • Ensure inventory levels meet contractual holding targets.
  • Regular KPI reporting and client engagement.

Proficiency in office productivity tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job description

Responsible for managing client accounts to ensure smooth business integration as well as to drive business growth.

Inventory Management (70%)
  • Coordinate closely with SCM DC team for incoming shipment tracking.
  • Ensure inventory levels are within the contractual inventory holding target.
  • Prompt review & action on the obsolesces to minimize the non-working inventory.
  • Work closely with SCM DC team to monitor the excess storage charges and informed the impacted Clients.
  • Provide timely and proper instruction to SCM Material Management team for inventory transfer, write off, block action.
Client Management (30%)
  • Monthly KPI reporting for client operations meetings.
  • Align the KPI definitions and targets with cross-functional team (Sales & Marketing, CCC, SCM, QA and Finance).
  • Support monthly operations review, or quarterly business review with clients (including operation stats, open issues, progress, etc.).
  • Maintain high frequency of engagement with clients to build effective and strong working relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team (Sales & Marketing, CCC, SCM, QA and Finance) to ensure clients’ operational requirements are met.
  • Inventory planning (S&OP) for FA & 4PL client.
  • Monitoring of NPP operationally and accountability
  • Liaison with internal and external (ie clients & customers)
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain
