A prominent asset management company in Singapore seeks a motivated professional to support the Department Head of Investor Relations and Capital Markets. Responsibilities include coordinating communications to stakeholders, conducting market research, assisting in various reports, and maintaining the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Finance or related fields, 1-5 years of relevant experience, and strong English and Chinese language skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities for growth.
Formación
- 1 - 5 years of relevant industry experience preferred in REIT/IR/Capital Markets.
- Strong analytical skills and rigorous work ethic.

Responsabilidades
- Provide support to the Department Head of Investor Relations.
- Conduct market research and provide investor feedback.
- Assist in preparing AGMs, EGMs, and other reports.
Conocimientos
Educación
- Provide support to the Department Head of Investor Relations and Capital Markets
- Co-ordinate communications activities and programmes to investors, analysts and other stakeholders
- Support the day-to-day operations of the REIT investor relations and capital markets function - including maintenance of the company website content, social media marketing, quarterly reporting, regular analyst and media briefings, non-deal roadshow, site visit preparations etc.
- Conduct market research and provide investor feedback to the Company’s management.
- Maintain customer relationship management system, monitor share price and volume movement, provide capital market updates and research works.
- Assist in preparing AGMs, EGMs, factsheet, annual report, sustainability report, presentations, press releases, bilingual translation (English – Chinese) on various documents.
- Coordinate AGM matters, including venue, booking, coordination with AGM vendor, AGM presentation slides and scripts and post AGM publications.
- Any other duties assigned.
- A degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent from an established university
- 1 - 5 years of relevant industry experience will be preferred (ideally from REIT/IR / Capital Markets / Investment Banking / Research / Corporate Advisory function).
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English & Chinese languages
- Analytical skill, detail oriented and rigorous work ethic striving for excellence in a fast pace environment
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint
- Familiar with marketing on mainstream social media platforms
- Enjoy and able to connect with people from different walks of life
