Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to provide HR administrative support including onboarding, data maintenance, and document preparation.   • Administer pass applications and extract monthly data.
  • Tabulate monthly data for Finance submissions.
  • Prepare documents for staff and update statuses in HR System.
  • Create P-files for new hires and ensure proper management.

  • Support the HR Shared Services on onboarding administrative and day to day administrative work
  • Provide support to the data inception team to ensure smooth delivery of HR Shared Services
  • Ensure the effective maintenance of all appropriate records/relevant documents for data inception
  • Administration of pass applications
  • Extracting monthly data
  • Tabulating monthly data for submission to Finance for payment
  • Prepare and issue necessary documents to staff
  • Update status in HR System
  • Creation of P-files for new hires and ensuring proper housekeeping of P-files
  • Any other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Able to work independently and as a team player
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (in both verbal and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
