Finance Analyst jobs in Singapore

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance professional to manage A&P expenses, financial reporting, and profitability analysis. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with EFAS, FRS, and JSOX, while providing valuable insights that drive business performance.

• A&P Control & Rebates – Oversee A&P budgets, track spending accuracy, prepare analysis reports, advise on accounting treatments, and verify rebate/expense calculations.
• Reporting & Closing – Lead monthly closing, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and statutory/management reports. Provide clear analysis on expense vs budget/forecast.
• COPA & Cost Control – Continuously review and align cost/profit centre structures with business changes, manage allocation cycles, and ensure accurate expense distribution.
• Budgeting & Forecasting – Partner with departments to prepare, submit, and analyze BP/FC reports on time.
• Projects & Improvements – Contribute to process improvements and support ad-hoc projects that enhance efficiency.

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Solid problem-solving skills and business acumen.
• Confident in handling cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize under tight timelines.
• Highly proactive and motivated.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP and TM1 is a plus.
