Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk. Responsibilities include managing daily collections, processing AR entries, and addressing payment queries. Qualifications
- Must have a diploma from ITE or Singapore Polytechnic.
- Knowledge of Excel is essential.
Responsibilities
- Handle accounts receivables AR functions including daily collections.
- Process AR related entries into the accounting system.
- Address customer enquiries regarding payments.
- Conduct cash sales checking and summarize cash sales.
- Maintain and update customer master list.
- Issue payment advice and cheques to suppliers.
Skills
Education
5 Days Week (Office Hours)
- To handle day to day accounts receivables AR function including recording of daily collections, collection bank-in arrangement and filing
- To process and posting of AR related entries into accounting system
- To handle customers enquires on payment related issues
- To conduct cash sales checking and prepare cash sales summary
- To maintain and updates of customer master list
- To Issue payment advice & issue cheques to suppliers based on payment projection schedule / ad-hoc cash payment
- ITE / Singapore Polytechnic Diploma Holders
- Intermediate Excel knowledge is essential
