Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial processes, including GL journals and cash management. Candidates should have a Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, at least 3 years of experience in a construction environment, and familiarity with Sage 300 is a plus. This role offers a salary range of $4,500 - $5,000.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience in a construction environment.
- Experience in full set (particularly cashflow) and management reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process.
- Responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
- Oversees GST submission and reconciliation.

Working Day: 5Day | Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary: $4,500 - $5,000
- Prepare GL journals and manage the monthly financial close process in a timely and accurate manner.
- Cash management planning such as review cashflow forecast, ensure sufficient cash balances for operation needs.
- Responsible for inter-company and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare audit schedules or balance sheet reconciliation to ensure items are clear off on timely basis.
- Prepare financial forecasts.
- Oversees GST submission and reconciliation.
- Assist with internal and external audit processes and controls as required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
- Degree/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- At least 3 years working experience in construction environment
- Must have full set (particularly cashflow) and management reporting experience
- Experience in Sage 300 (Accpac) would be an advantage.
