Job summary
A leading educational consulting firm in Singapore is seeking a School Admin Assistant to provide support in classroom management, event coordination, and frontline customer service. The ideal candidate should have at least an N-Level qualification and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include assisting teachers, managing school facilities, and performing various administrative duties. This role offers a competitive salary.
Responsibilities
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, material distribution, and classroom management.
- Monitor school facilities and coordinate maintenance.
- Assist in planning and coordinating school events, exhibitions, and activities.
- Attend to enquiries from students, parents, staff, and visitors.
- Perform data entry, document management, scanning, printing, and general office support.
- Support school programmes, examinations, and activities as assigned.

Position: School Admin Assistant (Multiple Locations)
Location: North, West, Central Areas
Working Days: 5 days/week
Salary: up to $2,580
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, material distribution, and classroom management.
- Support practical sessions and other learning activities.
- Monitor school facilities and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and conducive learning environment.
- Assist in planning and coordinating school events, exhibitions, and activities.
- Attend to enquiries from students, parents, staff, and visitors.
- Manage reception duties, lost & found, and provide basic first aid assistance.
- Perform data entry, document management, scanning, printing, and general office support.
- Support school programmes, examinations, and activities as assigned.
- Minimum N-Level qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
