Job summary

A leading hotel in Singapore is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer to ensure optimal operation and upkeep of facilities, including HVAC and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in the hospitality sector, strong technical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports. Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, responding to emergencies, and collaborating with various departments. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of engineering or maintenance experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out inspections and preventive maintenance for building systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults to minimise downtime.
  • Prepare maintenance reports and documentation in accordance with procedures.
  • Ensure safety compliance in all maintenance activities.
  • Support renovation and equipment replacement projects.

Skills

Hands-on experience with kitchen systems

Education

NITEC / Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field
