- Proven experience working on natural gas projects (e.g., pipelines, meter stations, terminals, processing facilities) is highly preferred.
- Robust understanding of construction sequencing, heavy equipment handling, and interface management.
- Practical experience with lifting operations—such as reviewing lift plans, supervising crane operations, or coordinating rigging activities—is a significant advantage.
- Possession of a valid Lifting Supervisor Certificate (Singapore MOM‑approved) is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Singapore's WSH (Lifting Operations) Regulations and lift planning processes.
- Proficient in mechanical/piping codes (ASME, API).

- Ensure all work is performed in strict compliance with project specifications, approved drawings (P&A, Isometrics, GAs), and relevant codes (ASME B31.3, API, SS).
- Review and approve contractor Method Statements, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and work procedures.
- Monitor daily work progress, quality, and productivity of contractors. Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
- Resolve technical and engineering issues at the site level in coordination with the design office and vendors.
- Conduct systematic inspections of materials, fabrication, welding, and installation work.
- Witness and sign off on critical tests, including hydrostatic/pneumatic tests, leak tests, and equipment functional tests.
- Manage non‑conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate and timely quality records, test packs, and as‑built documentation.
