The Senior Assistant Manager/ Assistant Manager, Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and overall management of the polyclinic. He/She manages general administrative matters in the polyclinic including the management of registry and records, computerised systems, finance and accounts, staff, public relations, facilities, security, materials, business continuity management and project works. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and delivering high standards of patient care and service. You will work closely with clinical teams and other stakeholders to maintain efficiency, safety, and service excellence.

Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with demonstrated competency.
  • Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
